Baxter Media opportunity

As part of its Brand USA marketing efforts in Canada this year, the Louisiana Office of Tourism will be investing in a special project with Baxter Media, wherein they will produce an eight-page guide focusing on Louisiana created from a Canadian perspective. This piece will be inserted in the March 2015 Canadian Travel Press and distributed to 10,700 travel agents. As a bonus Baxter will produce a 2,000 over-run for LOT's use. LOT and Baxter are offering DMOs the opportunity to participate in this guide at special rates:

SizeSpecial RateNormal Rate
Full Page / Four Color$2,800$7,049
Half Page / Four Color$1,800$3,999
Page / Four Color Co-op$750N/A

Baxter will create an ad for DMOs at no charge if a photo, logo and general message are supplied. The number of participants will not affect the size of the eight-page guide, but there are a finite number of extra ads that Baxter will allow in the piece. Interested partners should email Earl Lince (elince@baxter.net) or call 416.968.7252 ext. 320 by March 20, 2015.
