|  |  |  |  | Iron Key |  | This key has a broken shaft. It was recovered from a large pit south of the southeast bastion. The pit had been used as a trash pit, and was filled with cow bone fragments, and a large number of French and Indian pottery fragments. The key could have been for a door lock or a padlock.
