Preparing Kamayan: A Traditional Filipino Meal

Description: Hosted at the Southern Food and Beverage Museum, in collaboration with the Philippine American Woman’s Association (PAWAL), this workshop offered participants the opportunity to learn to prepare kamayan, a traditional Filipino meal. Participants learned how to set a kamayan table, how to distribute the food on the table, and how to eat using their hands.
