Comments: I am in full support of the demolition of the blighted Thomy Lafon School buildings that surrounds the redeveloped site. Marketing the property as a mixed income site would be more difficult with an abandoned school in the middle of the site. Tearing the building down will allow for a developable site that can contain green space or other community enriching improvements.

It enhances our marketing efforts to have this removed immensely. Our success is contingent on how well we manage and how beautiful the site looks. A property that is newly built neesd buildings that are as attractive to make the development a success.

It has also been verified that this school will not be re-opened therefore tearing it down would be the only logocal aternative to make room for a better highest and best use. A brand new elememtary school is being built adjacent to this site which further supports its demolition.

Not tearing these buildings down will also cause an unsafe environment as they will not likely be used for many years.

I strongly encourage this demolition.
