Comments:	I am writing regarding the proposed Stallings Center on Poland and Rampart. Although the exterior drawing of the proposed center looks very nice, the email includes no explanation to the specific function of the center and where the funds will come from to construct the center or to maintain the center. I am against the construction of the center and would prefer to see the money be spent on a proposed park on the site or money diverted to the proposed park on the river front, upgrades to Markey Park, or construction of the proposed park/community garden on the 700 block of Clouet Street.
