Comments:	The scale is entirely inappropriate for the surrounding neighborhood. Narrow one-way streets are already riddled with potholes and parking is becoming scarce for residents - more vehicle traffic will make both worse. Too many residents for a small footprint. Removal of green space is terrible for crime, livelihood and drainage. To say nothing of the aesthetics, which are likewise inappropriate. Please consider the impact on current and future residents of the historic neighborhood.
