Comments:	I just passed 4603 Banks St. Its style is architecturally significant to our area. The house is a raised basement which was a popular construction in the 1920s and 1930s. The city has assessed it as only 14% damaged. It could easily be repaired. If the owner is interested in selling and/or repairing, he or she can contact me at 994-1935. I am a state licensed contractor, and I live in the surrounding neighborhood. I would be interested in buying and/or giving an estimate for repairs. Please do not demolish this home.
