LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR BILLY NUNGESSER APPOINTED TO LEAD NATIONAL COMMITTEE ON AEROSPACE, AVIATION, & DEFENSE

BATON ROUGE, La. - The National Lieutenant Governors Association (NLGA) appointed Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser to the leadership board of its new State Strategies Committee on Aerospace. The NLGA Aerospace Committee was created in April 2025 to advance aerospace, aviation, and defense policy in the states and territories. During its annual meeting in July, NLGA members appointed Lt. Governor Nungesser to the six-member leadership board of the Aerospace Committee.
