BATON ROUGE, La. - Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser and the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board today officially announced the Northshore as the location for the 18th Annual Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off (LASCO). This year’s competition moves to The Harbor Center in Slidell, our venue partner, on Friday, June 27, 2025. This will be the first time the competition is held on the Northshore. Additionally, the official call for competing chefs is being made.
