BATON ROUGE, La. – In a significant show of cross-border Francophone cooperation, Louisiana and the Province of Ontario signed a landmark Joint Statement in Baton Rouge on Wednesday, November 19, advancing a shared commitment to deepen economic, cultural, and educational ties through the global strength of the Francophonie.
