The upgrade to Internet Explorer 8 may have also reset some of the security settings which may affect your ability to access web-based services and programs run on the department's web server. If you are prompted to enter your Username and Password from the Apollo server, you can either enter your username as CRT\yourlogonname (note the BACKslash is used) and then your password, or call the Help Desk to have your security settings changed (and it will not prompt you each time you use a secured Apollo program).
