Comments:	I would like to discourage the demolition of Phillis Wheatly Elementary School. I hope that the course of action will include renovation and amelioration but exclude demolition. Not only does the building represent regional Modernism of New Orleans and Louisiana, but is a shining example of how new construction costs more (environmental and financial) and reuse of buildings can benefit the local and global environment.
