Request for Proposals - Bayou Segnette State Park Wave Pool
The Louisiana Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism (DCRT) invites interested parties to submit proposals to revitalize and develop approximately 27 acres of land (the Property) within Bayou Segnette State Park, Westwego, LA under a long-term concession lease agreement or cooperative endeavor agreement. The selected proposer shall refurbish and operate the wave pool complex, which has been closed to the public since 2019, and may provide additional, DCRT-approved public recreational amenities (the Project) on the Property under a revenue-sharing agreement. No public funds shall be expended. The Project shall be expenditure-neutral and revenue-positive for the DCRT.
