Comments:	I grew up in New Orleans and I belong to a family of three daughters; all of whom are proud and distinguish graduates of Booker T. Washington High School. First, Julia Mae Palmer Jones who graduated from BTW in 1956, Rosalean Dorothy Palmer Conway who graduated from BTW in 1958, Joycelyn Muriel Palmer Jones who graduated from BTW in 1960, and Dr. Hurie Jones who taught Science (Biology) at Booker T. Washington High School from 1968- 1972. Finally,all of the BTW supporters named above are demanding the complete renovation and maintenance of as much of the physical school plant and continued to be recognized on the National Register of Historic Places.
