| Comments: | Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the Stallings design. It looks good. I have some questions. 1) Will it be raised enough to prevent flooding in the future? 2) It is highly probably that the building will vandalized with graffitti. Will the exterior be easy to clean in the event of grafitti? |
