Comments:	We need help to buy the houses that we been paying rent for the last 20 years. When the Landlord decides to sell they should give the resident who been living in their chance to buy it. And if they can't then sell to the highes bitter. I advocated for all our displaced residents to come home after the water from Katrina went away, but some done better away from New Orleans, when people such as myself came back and built our neighborhood better, our community better, our kids better, and it's still an ongoing process to make our neighborhoods not to fall all the way to gentrification. We talked about it extensively 2006, 2007 etc...
