Comments:	The size and scale of this 4-story 136 apartment building in this Bywater area is not appropriate. It is too big anad too dense. Nothing like this has ever existed in Bywater. This area should be redeveloped with low rise buildings in keeping with the neighborhood and plenty green space. There is too much building going on in Bywater aimed at profiting out of town developers who don't have to deal with the quality of life issues that their dense developments create.
