||To FEMA-Tear down the building for no other reason than it is blighted property.
To Preservationists-Surely there is a better example of mid century architecture in New Orleans. If this building were truly a "masterpiece" its merit would not be up for debate.
To Parishioners of Cabrini-Pease cherish your memories and hold on to your great faith but remember that if you succeed in saving this building it will not serve the purpose that you so strongly desire. It has been desanctified. There is no priest to say mass. There are not enough parishioners to maintain.
To Holy Cross-Also keep your faith. You will find a home and continue your mission. I also remind you to remain civil as examples to the boys. The Holy Cross family will succeed but it must remember to what it aspires in the "Holy Cross Man."
