St. Frances Cabrini
Comments: I grew up 3 blocks from Cabrini. I attended school at Cabrini and St. Joseph. I was at that church for every important date in my life from 7th grade when it was built until I got married and moved out of the church parish. The church always had leaks and problems, but that isn't the point now. The point is if you people want that neighborhood EVER to comeback to it's fullest capacity LET Holy Cross do what they need to do. You people who say it is a that the church is a historical place and it should not be torn down-- Are you going to renovate and attend church there? Are you going to live in that neighborhood? Let progress begin instead of being on some crusade that will NOT help to restore this beautiful neighborhood to what it used to be. If this Church and it's parish ever meant anything to you -- you should have your memories and photos of it to remember. LET HOLY CROSS DO THEIR THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TO HELP OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!
