Comments:	Very well put, Ms. Starr. Holy Cross WILL expedite the rebuilding of this neighborhood. Why not let that happen, which will bring more people into the neighborhood. Then the church will be needed. Then why not build a new Cabrini, one that will be able to sustain itself with new and old parishioners.
